Sunburst Retreat will be open fully to the public in late summer of 2010. Our rates are being determined and will be available to reserve after this time. A continental breakfast will be included in your daily rate. A typical stay at the Lodge ranges from 3 day to two night stays. Additional days can be reserved. If you chose to have your meals prepared for you while you are staying at the Guest Lodge we can provide a list of our preferred caters upon request. You will work directly with the cater on your budget, menu's and logistics of your meal prep while you are staying at the Lodge. Meals outside of the daily breakfast are the guest's responsibility to prep, break down and clean up while staying at the Lodge.

A 50% deposit is due at the time of making your reservation. Your deposit will be processed immediately upon reserving your stay with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If reservations are made within 30 days of your intended stay full payment is required at the time of making your reservation.

Once you have secured your reservation with a deposit you are fully obligated for your entire stay. If for any reason you must cancel your reservation we will gladly refund your deposit with at least 30 days notice less a $100 administrative set up fee. If you must make a last minute cancellation we will return your payment as long as we can reserve your entire stay with another guest.

Our check in time is 3 p.m. and before 11 p.m. and departure is 12 p.m. Arrangements for an early arrival and or late departure can be arranged. An extra fee may be applied.

Sunburst Retreat does not provide transportation to and from the Retreat. We do however work directly with Avis Redmond Airport to provide our guests with a discounted group rate. Please mention when making your reservation that you will be needing assistance with transportation to and from the Lodge. We would be happy to assist you with your travel arrangements.
